In the grand scheme of things the stay was good and the cabin has great vibes to it. It is located in a beautiful area. However, the devil is in the details. With the amount you are paying for a luxury stay, I feel the listing lacks transparency when it comes to details. The awesome fireplace, which I think is important to note for a lake cabin in the winter, was out of order...but you would not know this until reading the details after you have booked the property, which is convenient for non refundable bookings. Compared to most stays in what is considered a luxury property, and for the price you pay, I feel that the details were missed. One tide pod for the recommended washing a load of towels when you leave would have been great, maybe one Keurig cup for the coffee machine since the location is a bit out of the way from stores....a ceiling fan that actually has the remote to it so that it can be utilized since there are no wall switches for it...would have made this stay feel more accommodating. Of note, both bedside table outlets are filled with electronics (alarm clock, google home, and their tablet) and if move the tablet to plug in your phone so it’s not sitting on the floor to charge you get an email to charge their tablet because apparently having it sit in the nightstand runs the battery down..just little things. The missing bathroom drawer and broken fireplace just gives it a vibe of “okay good enough...let’s just list it” I feel that with just a small amount of attention to detail, guest stays could be exceptionally improved.. Overall though, the cabins are pretty neat. I think the area is awesome. I think that if you can find this listing at a deal, great...or look at the other listings at The Reserve.

Overall a great getaway. The locking safe was locked on our arrival and the host said that there was no way to open and use it.

It was great/fantastic. We loved the cleanliness and how covid friendly it was. We had a pleasure staying at the cabins. Only wished the pool was open but can certainly understand due to covid precautions. I wish there was a built-in kitchen but nevertheless, no complaints and would definitely recommend it to others.

The farmhouse is very roomy and comfortable. The lake views are beautiful Just 2 comments on ways to improve: The dining room window needs a shade or window covering of some kind. The am sun is blinding if you are in the kitchen. A large pot to boil pasta is needed. Most pots provided are small to med size. Not ideal for groups of 8- 10 people.
